Advantage for cats is a quick and effective monthly spot-on flea treatment for cats and kittens. It kills 98-100% of adult fleas within half a day of application. It also kills larval stages of fleas and prevents re-infestation by ending the flea life cycle. It kills and controls larvae found in the surroundings of the cat.     

It is safe to use on kittens 8 weeks of age and older

How It Works?

Imidacloprid is the main ingredient present in advantage for cats. Imidacloprid is an insecticide which acts as an insect neurotoxin. It acts on the central nervous system of the fleas by interfering with the transmission of the stimuli in the insect nervous system. It causes blockage in the neuronal pathway resulting in the paralysis of fleas leading to an eventual death. This treatment is effective for an entire month and provides protection against flea infestation. Flea bites are stopped within 3-5 minutes of application of the product. This treatment is suitable for all breeds of cats.
